Thank you for purchasing SINUS RINSE™.

If any component of the kit is missing OR damaged, please do not return it to the place of purchase. Instead, e-mail us at questions@neilmed.com or call our customer service department at (707) 525-3784. We will send you the replacement FREE if called within 10 days of purchase or receipt of the product.

If you need a refund, please send us the product and your original receipt within 90 days of purchase. We will refund the original billed amount (less shipping and handling cost).
