Neti Pots have been around for hundreds of years, are not a new concept at all and were the only way to deliver the solution in ancient times. In India, Yoga practitioners used it on a regular basis for cleansing the nasal passages. Allergies and Sinus disease cause excessive mucus production in the nasal passages.
